Weekly Mowing
All turf areas will be mowed on a weekly basis during the growing season, unless weather conditions prohibit. All obstacles and concrete to grass points will be string trimmed at the same time mowing is performed. Ground litter will be picked up prior to mowing and clippings will be blown from all sidewalks and curb areas to maintain a neat appearance. The pattern of the cut will also be changed as needed to insure a professional look as well as limit the compaction to the lawn area.

Continuing Turf Care Program

Tree and Shrub Trimming
H&R Lawn and Landscape will trim trees and shrubs to make sure that plants are as healthy and vigorous as possible, free of structural weakness, and at the least risk of being infected by disease. Shrubbery will be professionally trimmed and pruned for a neat manicured appearance. All debris from trimming will be hauled away.

Bed Maintenance

All debris generated from bed maintenance will be hauled away.

Mulching

Irrigation Maintenance
H&R Lawn and Landscape can maintain your irrigation system from early spring start up to late fall winterization. H&R will set as many custom run times as needed to insure a lush green lawn at your home or place of business. Our experienced technicians carry all makes of parts in case an emergency repair is needed. Spring and Fall Clean up
Picking up leaves that fall off your trees not only looks better but also proves to have some turf benefits as well. Leaf removal will prevent dead spots in your yard from lack of sunlight, and will also help prevent the growth of disease and turf fungus. H&R Lawn and Landscape recommends that leaves are picked up each spring and fall. With this service we will remove all leaf litter and haul away to our off site composting facility.
